This week, it's all about cookies and gifts for Christmas, which is just a week away! Here's what's dishing on the blogs we follow:

Since we're in the midst of holiday baking, cookies are a must! The Brown Eyed Baker came up with a delicious recipe for Classic Thumbprint Cookies. Katy baked nutty Banana Whoopie Pies in her BakingDomesticityandAllThingsMini kitchen. Yum Yum made colorful Chocolate Peppermint Pinwheel Cookies, and Jessica from How Sweet It Is whipped up adorable White Chocolate Lemon Butter Cookies. It seems that our cookie table will be packed this Christmas!

If you're still looking for Christmas gifts, Katy shared a list of kitchen tools and toys that any foodie would love. The girls from eatPGH have their own 25 Things You Should Buy, and the Brown Eyed Baker listed 10 Awesome Foodie Gift Ideas, while Leah from Brazen Kitchen posted her favorite cookbooks that would make the perfect present for any food lover!

And let's not forget about the tasty savory food. On the breakfast menu, we have Jalapeno Cheese Grits and Sunnyside Eggs that Linda from Dinner Plan-it threw together, and Sherrie Flick's Savory Porridge that Leah from Brazen Kitchen made for us. Finally, Yum Yum prepared Sausage and Beef Stuffed Red Peppers, Bill from Three Dogs BBQ baked Chicken Enchiladas, and Liz from Stiller Snacks opted for Jack Ham Burger Buns. A delightful menu!

See you here next week!
