This week, we're officially in the Thanksgiving home stretch! So, without further ado, here's what's dishing on the blogs we follow:
The Brown Eyed Baker put together her wonderful Thanksgiving menu and a non-traditional Cranberry-Ginger Pear Pie, while Chef Chuck from Cooks and Eats shared an impressive list of tips and secrets for a delicious and memorable Thanksgiving feast.
No turkey? No problem! Linda from Dinner Plan-it offered us a tempting, no-muss, no-fuss alternative to the intimidating bird: Turkey-With-All-The-Trimmings Thanksgiving Meatloaf. For sides, Yum Yum prepared super-tasty Roasted Brussels Sprouts, whereas Katy made a flavorful Warm Farro Salad with Butternut Squash & Hazelnuts.
To top it off, Katy also baked a one-of-a-kind Sweet Potato Pie in her BakingDomesticityandAllThingsMini kitchen, and Leah from Brazen Kitchen whipped up a Vegan and Paleo Caramel Sauce. We're in good hands this Thanksgiving!
Finally, in non-Thanksgiving related news, Liz from Stiller Snacks enjoyed a Bubby Brisket Sandwich with Bacon Bleu Coleslaw, the girls from eatPGH tried the sushi at Fukuda, and D&T: in the burgh dined at Industry Public House.
