Remodeling, prix-fixe dinner and summer wine discounts: Tuesday news

tartineTartine is open for dinner on weekends.  On Fridays and Saturdays, the charming West End Village restaurant will offer a five-course prix-fixe that includes soup, salad, first course, a choice of entree and dessert for $45. It's reservations-only, BYOB. Owner Louis Bucci is quite a character. Read more about him here. 

Willow in Ohio Township will close July 13 through the end of August for extensive renovations. The newest addition to S+P Restaurant Group will become "more casual and more social," said partner Richard Stern. Read more about updates here

Speaking of wine, The Capital Grille will offer The Generous Pour, which, for $25 allows diners to sample seven different wines from California to the Pacific Northwest. It's available during dinner-only through the end of August.
