Bar Marco will offer two rounds of $10 dollar pairings to encourage patrons to learn about cocktails and wine.

The first is curated by sommelier and co-owner Michael Kreha, who will pair a wine with a small plate from the menu at Bar Marco Wednesdays through Saturdays from 5 to 7 p.m.

The goal is to inspire patrons to learn more about boutique, natural and organic wines from around the world.

"A low alcohol wine with bright acidity can stand up to bold flavors and provide a harmonious experience," says Mr. Kreha of food-friendly wines. "Plus, you get to drink more."

Bar Marco will also extend hours for no menu Mondays from 5 to 11 p.m. during which Justin Severino of Cure in Lawrenceville will offer his house-made charcuterie to pair with craft cocktails.

$10 buys booze and a small plate of charcuterie and cheese, with a cocktail tailored to a patron's request. Like bourbon? Allow barman Colin Anderson to create an off-menu drink.
