This week's food and flavor: winter greens, Oscar fare

In Weekend Magazine, I observe that Pittsburghers don't tire of soup. So I learned at this year's South Side Soup Contest, where Stephen Felder of Stagioni made Le Virtu, a stunning 49-ingredient soup that took him a week to make.
