On the Night Market VI menu: Duck

Hopefully it won't be this cold.

The next Night Market -- Night Market VI -- is Friday, Sept. 27, part of the welcome on the Clemente Bridge for Dutch artist Florentijn Hofman’s four-story tall, three-story wide floating Rubber Duck.

Big Y Restaurant Group (Perle, Seviche, Sonoma, Talara, and NOLA on the Square) will be serving smoked duck bahn mi sandwiches, as well as funnel cakes.

From 5:30 to 10:30 p.m., you can enjoy the wares of some 70 vendors, including these other food ones:

AJ’s Inca Peruvian Restaurant -- serving rotisserie chicken, empanadas, fried rice and more.

Allegheny City Smokehouse -- Polish ham and kolbassi sandwiches and roasted corn.

BRGR -- "Fire in the Hole," "Shrooms," and "Average Joe" burgers with house-made chip and coleslaw sides.

Bulgarian Macedonian National Education & Cultural Center -- Banitza (a savory cheese strudel) and Kepabcheta sliders (Bulgarian hamburgers).

Burgh Bites – sandwiches, hot dogs, chili, and tater tots with toppings.

Craftwork Kitchen -- pulled pork sandwiches and house-made potato chips.

The Creped Crusader -- sweet, savory, and vegan crepes.

Del’s Restaurant -- pasta, meatballs, sausage, greens and beans.

Fabulous Homemade Cookies -- jumbo cookies, brownies and bars.

Good L’Oven Bakery -- cookies.   

GOODLife Juices LLC -- local cold-pressed raw organic juices.

Healcrest Urban Farm -- handcrafted frozen fruit bars and tea pops from local herbs and fruit in seasonal flavors including apple-mint, peaches & creme, and fresh farm raspberry, plus hot and boxed herbal teas.

Joyce’s Cooper Kettle Fudge -- fudge and caramel fudge apples.

Lascola’s Italian Ice -- Italian ices, lemonade, and sodas.

Lomito Truck -- Lomito, Asadito de Chancho, Fetjoada and fresh squeezed lemonade.

Meat & Potatoes -- tacos and sandwiches, including with meat fresh from its smoker.

The Olive Tap -- extra-virgin olive oils and balsamic vinegars.

Pittsburgh Irish Festival -- Irish tea and coffee as well as non-edibles.

Pittsburgh Pie Guy -- fruit and other dessert pies offered by the slice, in mini form, or whole.

The Soup Nancy’s and Kous Kous Cafe -- vegetarian soups, pita, and hummus.

Sweet Peaches -- short-rib-meatball sandwiches; lemon, garlic, and parmesan chicken wings; mini apple pies; and locally made root beer and kombucha.

Tambellini Italian Express -- Italian sausage, Italian steak, gyros, and hot dogs.

Una Biologicals -- tea and other organic products.

Zeke's Coffee and Betsy's Ice Cream -- iced or hot coffee, cookies, brownies, muffins, and biscotti with ice cream

In conjunction with this Rubber Duck Bridge Party, the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust's Autumn Gallery Crawl will feature 29 art venues in the Cultural District.
