Chef shuffle at Habitat

Jason Dalling has been hired to replace Andrew Morrison at Habitat in the Fairmont Pittsburgh, Downtown. Mr. Morrison had been executive chef there since 2010. Under his direction the restaurant earned 2 1⁄2 stars from the Post-Gazette.

 

Originally from Vancouver, Mr. Dalling has relocated to Pittsburgh from Washington, D.C., where he was hired as sous chef of the Fairmont Washington in 2004 and was promoted to run the kitchen in 2007. He has worked for the hotel for  more than 20 years.
